Victoria D. Miranda, Esq., joined The Williams Law Group, LLC, as an associate in February 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked as a Volunteer Attorney for Legal Services of New Jersey from 2013-2014, advising clients on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support and domestic violence. Since joining the firm, Victoria has focused exclusively on Family Law and Child Welfare matters. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2013), Massachusetts (2012) and Rhode Island (2012). Victoria is also a Certified Mediator.
Victoria is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney at Rhode Island Legal Services, practicing exclusively in Family Law. She was also the Secretary of the Tax and Business Society, and a member of the Women’s Law Society. Victoria received recognition from the Feinstein Center for Pro Bono & Experiential Learning for her commitment to public service.
Victoria obtained her undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown PA, where she was President of the College Republicans, a member of the Women’s Varsity Swim Team, as well as a volunteer for the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C. She also participated as a coach for the Special Olympics.
Victoria is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), and the Union County Bar Association. She serves as the Union County representative of the Young Lawyers Division of the NJSBA. SuperLawyers has named Victoria a Rising Star Attorney for 2017.
